La Luna Bistro is a Melbourne institution. Chef Adrian Richardson’s focus on fresh, well-handled food and relaxed, informed service has stood for twenty years. We love what we do and we think a classic bistro has an important place in a dining community.

Our pasta is home made, our herbs come from the garden and our fish and seafood is brought to us daily from our suppliers. We have an in-house butcher that does the dry ageing of our meats in a dedicated cool room, as well as creating all of our smallgoods. We always have a unique array of cuts and cured produce on offer.

Our wine list has been curated to be a list of familiar favourites and classics from their respective regions. We also regularly hold wine dinners with some of the nation’s best producers, showcasing their current and older vintages. 

A consistent local that has stood the test of time, La Luna is an easy choice for a quick meal, entertaining clients or friends, an indulgent ‘Chef’s Feast’ or an event in one of our private rooms.
